1. Eligibility
By accessing our website or purchasing from KLASIK, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Products & Authenticity
KLASIK is the authorised distributor of G2000 and Giordano in the Maldives.
- We provide 100% authentic products and ensure accurate product details. However, colours may appear differently due to screen settings, sizes may vary slightly, and product availability may change without notice.
- We reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue any product at any time.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR).
- Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice.
- Payments are accepted only via the BML mobile gateway.
- By completing payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
4. Orders & Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
- Orders may be cancelled due to out-of-stock items, invalid payment, or pricing/product errors.
- If an order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued.
5. Delivery & Store Pickup
- We offer Store Pickup (Malé) and Local Delivery within the Maldives (delivery charges may apply).
- Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services.
- KLASIK is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after delivery or additional fees from third-party couriers.
- Customers must ensure all delivery information provided is accurate.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with all original tags.
- Items must be returned within 2 – 5 days of purchase.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items:
- Undergarments / Innerwear
- Accessories
- Sale or discounted items
- Items damaged due to customer handling
KLASIK reserves the right to inspect items before approving an exchange.
7. Refunds
- KLASIK generally offers exchanges only, unless the item is defective, the wrong item was delivered, or the order was cancelled by us.
- Refunds (when applicable) will be issued within 2–5 business days.
8. Intellectual Property
All website and social media content—including photos, brand assets, designs, text, and graphics—is owned by KLASIK or used with permission from G2000 and Giordano.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any materials without written consent.
9. User Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
- We may suspend or delete accounts that violate our Terms.
- Unauthorized or fraudulent use may result in legal action.
10. Prohibited Use
By using our website, you agree NOT to:
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Spread harmful software or viruses
- Copy or misuse product images or descriptions
- Interfere with website functionality
- Use automated bots to place orders
