At Klasik Garments, we want your shopping experience to be effortless from checkout to delivery — and we want you to feel confident in every purchase you make.

🛍 Placing an Order

1. Shopping Online or In-Store
You can browse and purchase the latest G2000 and Giordano collections through our website or by visiting our outlet in Malé.

2. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email or SMS confirmation with your order details. Please check that all information is correct — including size, colour and address — and contact us immediately if changes are needed.

3. Payment Options
We currently accept:

  • Major debit/credit cards

  • Bank transfer

  • Cash payments for in-store purchases

(Online payment methods may vary; please refer to checkout for available options.)

4. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During sale periods or high-volume events, processing times may take slightly longer.

🚚 Delivery & Pickup

  • Standard Delivery (Malé & Hulhumalé): 1–3 working days

  • Island Delivery: Up to 5 working days, depending on courier availability

  • Store Pickup: Free pickup option available at our Ameer Ahmed Magu outlet

Once your order has been shipped or is ready for pickup, you’ll receive a notification with all the details.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes a product might not be the perfect fit — and we’re happy to help.

Eligibility:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Undergarments and accessories (for hygiene reasons)

  • Discounted or promotional items (unless faulty)

Process:

  1. Visit our store or contact our customer service team to request a return/exchange.

  2. Our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets return conditions.

  3. Once approved, you can choose a replacement item or store credit.

  4. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method.
